Here is some more blurry Engrish from Osaka. Maybe this is actually someone's name, in which case I shouldn't make fun.

Benjamin Whaley: Vancouver, B.C., Canada; Ben Whaley holds an honors BA in Japanese language from Stanford University and an MA in modern Japanese literature and popular culture from The University of British Columbia.
