Here is one of a series of very pretty paintaings that showcase the life of the historical Buddha Sakyamuni (Shaka in Japanese). In this panel he is sitting under the famous bodi tree and resisting the temptations of the evil red devil dude (I forgot his name). The temptations are obviously the scantily clad chicks with food and wine in front of him. I thought these paintings were very neat.
