One of the many Condomania stores throughout Japan that specialize in selling every type of condom you can possibly imagine. There used to be vending machines called "Family Planning" that sold condoms on the street in Japan as well, but I suspect they were all put out of business by these contraceptive superstores. No one ever thinks of the little guy.
