Another giant Osaka building. This crazy monolith is the HIPS entertainment complex. It houses pachinko and slot parlors, as well as a game center. The vertical structure in the middle is a free fall thrill ride called "Yabafo". Once you reach the top, gravity does the rest as you plummet back to earth from a height of 74 meters.
