Here is a picture of the Noh stage at night. Sorry about the quality; pictures weren't allowed, so I had to covertly sneak shots with Ikanago between acts. If you look towards the perimeter of the stage, you can just barely make out the firelight torches that give Takigi Noh its name. A man had to keep filling these torches up with kindling throughout the show. He also wore a white robe with large billowy sleeves while doing so, as if asking to self combust.
