Not that unique... I remember seeing something similar to that almost a year ago in Fremont - some frou-frou clothing store had male mannequins that were partially pantsed, although their briefs were still fully on. Unfortunately, they had a rather noticable bulge in said undergarments. My girlfriend and her roommate (who happened to be with me during that walk) just laughed until the store window was out of sight.
