A pair of lions welcome you to the Mitsukoshi (三越) Department Store in Nihonbashi. Mitsukoshi was founded in 1673 and is one of the oldest stores of its type in Japan. Nihonbashi is home to the main branch. Aside from the super upscale boutiques that populate the floors, the store is also home to a full theater that puts on two performances daily.
