This shot was supposed to reflect the majesty of riding the elevator up the tower, but it didn't turn out so well. Just like Seattle's Space Needle, this tower ride has a pretty young lady dressed in a goofy uniform operating the elevator. Unlike the Space Needle however, she doesn't give a spiel as you ride. You listen to a prerecorded message in Japanese that encourages you to visit the gift shop rather than give you any useful information about the tower.
