Happy First Japanese B-Day! 22 y/o 07/20/1984

Angels live among us. They walk and talk just like us, convinced that they are normal people. Perhaps after leading a normal life for so long, even they have forgotten how brightly their halo shines. If you are lucky, maybe you’ll get the chance to meet an angel in your lifetime. I met one tonight and am forever changed.This is the current Columbia Rose, Nomura Mina (there have been two previous enka singers who used the same stage name). I went to her performance tonight and ate dinner and drank with her and the concert staff members after the show - we all went to a Chinese place and had a good time. Getting the chance to meet her was an early birthday present. She is not only my age (well, a year older), but also the most beautiful Japanese girl I have ever seen. Pictures cannot do her justice, she is SO MUCH BETTER in real life. She is basically my dream girl on all fronts (looks, personality, talent, humor). We swapped emails at the end of the night. Don’t believe me? I’ve got the happy birthday email decorated with dancing teddy bears that I received from her at eight past midnight to prove it!
