My other famous Fukuoka food. This is "motsu nabe" or "random meat part stew." This treasure pot contains all of the entrails and giblets that we don't normally eat in America, along with Japanese staples such as soft tofu and green onion. Since it is customary for friends or family members to gather around a big stew pot during the wintertime, it's (apparently) quite funny that I was able to order an individual-sized serving. The dish was warming and actually tasted better than it looks.
