"We are fools whether we dance or not, so we might as well dance." - Japanese Proverb

One cannot visit Fukuoka without sampling the local (and of course famous!) ramen variety. In this case, Hakata Ramen is characterized by its milky broth made from boiled pork bones. I'm a Sapporo Miso Ramen man myself - have been ever since I first tasted the heavenly stuff up north. My main problem with Hakata Ramen was that you couldn't escape the meat flavor. Every sip of broth, every chew of noodle was absolutely jammed packed with meat flavor. Even the pork fillets on top tasted 130% meatier than usual, if that's possible.
